Key Responsibilities:
Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury with an attorney involved
Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service throughout the day
Communicate with customers, attorneys, and other stakeholders through various channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages
Negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved using innovative platforms and tools
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully
