The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance workflows, ensure compliance, and maximize system utilization in behavioral health organizations.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze clinical and operational workflows within the CareLogic EHR systemConfigure and optimize CareLogic modules, forms, templates, billing workflows, and reporting toolsLead EHR implementation and upgrade projects for behavioral health organizationsProvide end-user training for clinicians, billing staff, administrators, and leadership teamsTroubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvementsDevelop custom reports, dashboards, and data extraction solutionsEnsure compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, and behavioral health compliance standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, revenue cycle, compliance, and clinical leadershipSupport data migration, system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for CareLogic workflows and best practicesAssist organizations with improving documentation accuracy, billing efficiency, and operational performanceSkills3+ years of experience supporting behavioral health EHR systems, including CareLogic preferredExperience with CareLogic clinical documentation, billing, and reporting modulesKnowledge of HIPAA, Medicaid billing, and behavioral health compliance standardsExperience developing SQL-based reports and operational dashboards is a plusAbility to lead client-facing implementations, workflow assessments, and go-live activitiesExperience with EHR implementation, configuration, or optimizationBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Nursing, Behavioral Health, or related fieldExperience with behavioral health operationsMedicaid/Medicare billingSQL or reporting toolsSaaS healthcare platformsChange management and project managementCertifications in healthcare IT or project management are a plusCompany Overviewenkompas Technology Solutions provides strategically aligned business and technology services to the enterprise market.
