Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other data entry software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.
Responsibilities
Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
Keeping information confidential and complying with data integrity and security policies.
Responding to information requests from authorized members.
Maintaining accurate records of activities and tasks.
