Key Responsibilities:

Assist cardmembers with account inquiries, transaction disputes, billing issues, and general account maintenance tasks
Educate cardmembers on American Express products, services, benefits, and rewards programs
Process cardmember requests efficiently and accurately, adhering to established guidelines and procedures
Identify opportunities to enhance the cardmember experience and provide feedback to relevant teams
Stay updated on American Express policies, procedures, and product offerings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to cardmembers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cardmember issues and escalations
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
Experience working in the financial services industry or knowledge of American Express products and services is a plus
