They are seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management Senior Sales Rep to promote, sell, and service their Pacing products within the assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals.ResponsibilitiesConduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service Medtronic's CRM products and services to existing and competitive customersImplement quarterly sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives. Maintain knowledge of diverse Medtronic products and support sales effortsCoordinate customer activities at all meetings as assigned. Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example: expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, and inventory log)Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as input on customer preferences and product features. Cost-effectively manage time and assetsMaintain adequate inventory (trunk stock) and assist in the reallocation and delivery of productEffectively utilize sales collateral to support promotional and territorial needsTrain and educate both existing and competitive customers to gain incremental businessMaintain proficient level of product knowledge in all assigned product linesAdvise customers on a continuing basis regarding performance of assigned productsProvide 24-hour territory coverage (including holidays, weekends, evenings)SkillsHigh School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experienceOR Associate's Degree AND 4+ years experienceOR Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experienceRelevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciencesA valid driver's license is essential for this roleAbility to work and/or travel outside of normal business hoursProvide 24-hour territory coverage (including holidays, weekends, evenings)Frequent required travel to customer clinics, hospitals and offsite meetingsAbility to transport product/equipment from car to hospitalSitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per dayAbility to travel extensively with ease (approx. 10% of time)Must be able to drive approximately 80% of the time within assigned territoryMust have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policyFor Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is requiredPreference will be given to local qualified candidates and candidates with Medtronic experience2+ years Experience in B2B or Medical Device SalesDemonstrable success in previous employment indicating high level of sales performance5+ years medical sales experience in hospital environment selling to interventional cardiologists or electrophysiologists or cardiothoracic surgeonsBenefitsMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageIn addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Company OverviewMedtronic is a healthcare technology company that designs and develops AI-based products and solutions for the medical industry.
