[Remote] CAPPS HR/PY Tower Analyst

Zencon Group Inc. is seeking a CAPPS HR/PY Tower Analyst to support the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) Program. The role involves providing expert functional assistance related to HR/Payroll systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting CAPPS applications across multiple agencies.ResponsibilitiesPerforming highly advanced (senior-level) consultative services and functional assistance work related to supporting the CAPPS ProgramResponsible for functional CAPPS HR/PY tower expertise, including, but not limited to: Workforce Administration, Payroll Interface, Commitment Accounting, Time and Labor, TAM/CG, HR Security Set-up and row-level security, Interpret and apply state statutes, HR policies, and labor regulationsResponsible for ensuring CAPPS adheres to the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), including, but not limited to: Defining and refining FMLA plans and entitlements, Customizing appropriate leave types, Ensuring module integration with Payroll and the Time and Labor modules, Assisting with compliance reporting and auditingResponsible for providing functional support for the CAPPS HR/PY applications, and shall be a point of contact for CAPPS agencies as applicableResponsible for the CAPPS HR/PY functional design phase, which includes creating and/or reviewing Functional Design Documents (FDDs), performing functional configuration system changes, and other functional activities assigned. This includes maintaining perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust experiences for all users, regularly reviewing content for compliance, and implementing updates or remediation whenever accessibility issues are identifiedWorks under minimal supervision, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performing a variety of complicated tasks.
