[Remote] Capital Markets Analyst - Private Investments

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JobBridge is seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to assist in M&A, strategic growth, and private investment activities. The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as supporting strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities • Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analyses (LBO models, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions analysis), and sensitivity scenarios • Assist in due diligence work streams, including industry research, market sizing, competitive analysis, customer interviews, and coordination with third-party advisors • Prepare executive and investment committee materials, internal memos, and presentation decks • Assist in negotiation of term sheets, transaction documents, and closing processes Skills • Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analyses (LBO models, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions analysis), and sensitivity scenarios • Assist in due diligence work streams, including industry research, market sizing, competitive analysis, customer interviews, and coordination with third-party advisors • Prepare executive and investment committee materials, internal memos, and presentation decks • Assist in negotiation of term sheets, transaction documents, and closing processes • Assist in the evaluation of growth initiatives that include market, competitor, operational, and financial analysis of new or existing services • Collaborate with internal and external parties to support large-scale strategic growth initiatives • Create executive presentations to support key project findings and recommendations • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) • Ability to review financial statements, create financial models, and develop financial analysis • Build and maintain complex financial models • Effective communication skills, including both written and verbal • Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and timelines • Ability to work irregular or extended hours • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business preferred Company Overview • JobBridge helps early career professionals launch and grow their careers with the right opportunities.
