Randstad USA is a leading staffing agency, and they are seeking a Campus Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across national manufacturing plants and corporate departments. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.ResponsibilitiesConduct full-cycle recruiting. These duties include requisition management, process ownership, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiationsExperience managing student and entry level requisitions in multiple locations within multiple disciplinesProactive recruitment of passive candidates utilizing direct sourcing skills and techniquesEvaluate and qualify top talentDevelop sourcing strategy and establish the desired communication protocol with the hiring manager, TA leadership and HR teamProfessional, organized, strong communications and presentations skills, ability to work within a fast-paced environment and develop relationships across the organizationIdentify and leverage alternative sourcing methodsMaintain and manage a well–developed network of candidates and / or skills to build a network quickly and comprehensivelyPartner with Hiring Managers to develop the recruitment search strategies, target school lists, sourcing, networking & recruiting calls to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positionsStrong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility, and commitment to achieving goalsSolid technical understanding of business processes and manufacturing practicesConsistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director, Talent AcquisitionProvide reporting and regular status updates to the Director, Talent Acquisition and hiring manager as requiredAdminister hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), veteran’s hiring guidelines, and other government compliance requirements (OFCCP)SkillsBachelor's DegreeMinimum of 2 years' experience in University and/or Early Talent RecruitingExperience in recruitment focused on early talent engineering and corporate function positionsKnowledge of HandshakeExperience with Google SuiteExperience with WorkdayExperience with ParadoxCompany OverviewRandstad US is a wholly owned subsidiary of Randstad Holding nv, a global provider of human resources solutions.
