The role requires reliable agents with excellent customer service skills to handle inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Inbound call center hiring FULL-TIME REMOTE agents for an Answering Service. • You must have a quiet workspace with your own equipment. • We run on Windows 11 PRO (not home). • You must have a wired USB headset and HIGH speed internet. • We require an upbeat attitude, excellent customer service skills and that you can accurately type 35-40 wpm. • You must have excellent spelling skills. • We are 24/7 and you will be expected to work weekends and holidays.
