Remote Call Center (Tourism Industry)
Our client in the tourism industry is seeking a Member Support Associate to join their team. As a Member Support Associate, you will be part of the Inbound Call Center supporting our members. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer care, conflict resolution, and call center experience which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Remote Call Center Member Support... Associate
Location: Orlando, FL (Remote)
Pay Range: $20/hour
What's the Job?
Collaborate with members via phone, email and chat to support members with current and future reservations
Confirm with hotels that proper billing procedures are being followed and that our members have a seamless experience with their reservations
Resolve difficult issues with our corporate contacts with a positive, professional tone
Be meticulous about details
Communicate solutions internally and externally to resolve issues
What's Needed?
2 years of recent customer service experience in the travel industry
Availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Schedules will be assigned during training
Available M-F 2pm-11pm est during 4 week training period
7-year Background Check required
Exposure to travel booking software & Salesforce is a plus!

4-week paid training - Must have 100% Attendance
