Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Summary
In this role, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with customers, physician offices, patients, and third-party providers. You'll provide efficient and courteous service, ensuring all contacts receive a positive experience. Your duties may vary based on the assigned department, but your goal will always be to resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve routine customer inquiries and problems via phone, email, or other channels, following established guidelines and standard operating procedures
Utilize computer applications to log and track inquiries, check the status of items, and document contact interactions
Coordinate with other functional areas as necessary to resolve complex issues
Direct escalated issues to senior staff members for further investigation and resolution
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients receive a positive experience

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
High School Diploma or GED
Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents)
Basic-level PC skills and search engine skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following, you'll be a standout candidate:
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or centralized services environment
Experience in retail or healthcare
Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents)
Fluency in Spanish and English
