Skills
At least 2 years of customer service experience in any industry.
Familiarity with help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to resolve inquiries effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a team and consult the right stakeholders to resolve client issues.
Responsibilities
Provide clear and knowledgeable responses to client inquiries.
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Address and resolve client issues, update account information, and follow up to ensure requests are fully addressed.
Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet production targets consistently.
Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve inquiries.
Assist in training new team members on customer service procedures.
Review and recommend improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
