In this position, you will actively contribute to promoting energy efficiency and sustainability by engaging potential customers nationwide and enrolling them in our current programs.

Responsibilities:
Ā Engage potential customers through phone calls and emails, effectively communicating the advantages of energy efficiency programs.
Ā Build rapport and foster relationships with customers by attentively listening to their concerns and addressing them appropriately.
Ā Achieve and surpass sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and techniques to drive enrollment in energy efficiency programs.
Ā Utilize CRM software to accurately record customer interactions and maintain sales activity records.
Ā Stay updated on industry trends and developments, constantly enhancing sales pitches to cater to evolving customer needs.
Ā Contribute to team growth and personal development by attending team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Ā Proven track record of success in sales, preferably with experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
Ā Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex concepts to customers.
Ā Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in various communication tools.
Ā Previous experience in the energy efficiency industry is desirable, though not mandatory.
Ā Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, high energy level, and strong drive for success.
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Ā Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also capable of working independently when needed.
