Oxford Solutions has an opening with our retail merchandising client for a Call Center / Customer Engagement Representative.

REMOTE WORK SCHEDULE...

Work Schedule: 1 pm - 10 pm. (Must be willing to work one weekend day per week)

Training will take place Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm

Seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Customer Engagement Representative. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external partners, including retail stores and shipping companies, to support issue resolution. Communication will occur over the phone, email, and/or chat. You will be responsible for managing and resolving significant issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring that all information is appropriately logged.

Essential Functions
• Provide exceptional customer service by working with retail stores, shipping companies, and other partners to resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat to support customers and partners.
• Take ownership of significant issues or uncertainties that arise during interactions, including troubleshooting technical issues, reporting sensitive concerns, and investigating potential incidents.
• Appropriately log and document all relevant information during and after calls.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members to improve overall service quality.
• Manage and complete queue work efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues over the phone or online.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, email, and chat tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
