Remote Call Center Representative
We are seeking experienced Remote Call Center Representatives to provide high-quality customer support from home. This is not an entry-level role, candidates must be comfortable handling high call volumes while delivering professional and empathetic service. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and assist customers with questions and requests Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently Maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments Document all interactions in internal systems Follow scripts and processes while using problem-solving skills Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a remote call center environment (non-negotiable). Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment Ability to pass a background check High school diploma or GED required and 6+ months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.ยท Excellent verbal communication and strong phone etiquette. Advanced soft skills โ empathy, patience, active listening, and clear articulation. Technically proficient โ able to manage multiple systems and applications during calls. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace. Reliable Laptop or Desktop Preferred Attributes: Familiarity with Louisiana parishes, local language/phrases, and community nuances. Ability to remain calm under pressure and professionally handle escalated calls. Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
