Remote Call Center Rep

TRC Talent Solutions is hiring FULLY REMOTE Call Center Representatives for a well-known company located in Irving, TX. These positions have a starting pay of $14/hr. The hours of operations are 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-4:30pm Saturdays. Interested candidates must be able to work either 8am-5pm or 11am-8pm during the week and Saturday 8am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Ā Take inbound calls for order placement
Ā Up sell and cross sell additional items
Ā Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database
Ā Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs
Ā Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers
Ā Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer files
Ā Ask probing questions and overcome objections
Requirements:
Ā Min. 1 year of previous call center experience
Ā Previous experience in cosmetics/beauty is desired
Ā Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
Ā Ability to adapt to the fast-paced internet environment
Ā Problem solving skills
Ā Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
Ā Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ā Demonstrated customer service skills
Ā PC literate and basic typing skills (at least 30 wpm)
Ā Regular and punctual attendance is a must
Ā High School Diploma or equivalent
Ā Pass a background check (no misdemeanors or felonies involving violence, theft or sexual convictions)
