Remote Call Center Rep
Our client, a leading organization in customer support services, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their team as a Remote Call Center Rep. Job Title: Remote Call Center Rep
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $21/hr
Shift: Work from 9AM EST until 8PM EST, with 8-hour shifts
What's the Job?
• Provide high-quality customer service support via phone and written communication
• Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow established protocols and legal guidelines during interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
What's Needed?
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work scheduled shifts within the specified hours
• Legal knowledge and experience in high-volume call centers is a plus
• Spanish language skills are advantageous but not required
