- Supervise a team of 25-55+ call center agents, providing leadership and support
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure team effectiveness
- Assist in the rollout of new programs and initiatives
- Conduct daily/weekly meetings with leadership to identify areas for operational improvement
- Prepare and present internal and client reports using SharePoint, Salesforce, and Excel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in call center supervision or management
- Ability to assist with leadership for teams of 25-50 agents
- Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and metrics
- Proficiency in reporting and using tools like SharePoint, Salesforce, and Excel
- Availability during the scheduled hours of 7am-8pm CST, Monday to Friday
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in dealing with prescription health insurance benefits
- Familiarity with program rollouts and operational improvement strategies
- Excellent communication skills for conducting meetings and reporting
