POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
ā¢ Must have 2 years of call center experience.
ā¢ Must have experience working remotely.
ā¢ This position is remote but candidates must be located in Missouri.
Pay rate: $19.33/hr.
Schedule/Shift: Day shift with one weekend workday.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Customer Service Representative team members will assist patients calling in with account management and overall support needs.
ā¢ Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.
ā¢ Identify customer's needs, research issues to provide alternatives or solutions.
ā¢ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
ā¢ Meet personal/team targets.
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE:
ā¢ 2 years of previous call center experience.-REQUIRED
ā¢ Remote experience.-REQUIRED
ā¢ Personable and professional oral and written communication skills.
ā¢ Ability to multi-task.
ā¢ Pharmacy or other patient care experience is a plus!!
ā¢ Located in the State of Missouri.
