As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in generating donations and driving positive change.

Responsibilities
As a successful Fundraiser, you will:
Make outbound fundraising calls to existing or potential donors using a script
Process credit card gifts and work with Coaches to optimize success
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about candidates or causes
Accurately record donor information in our computer system and correctly code calls
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should:
Possess excellent communication and persuasion skills
Be friendly, patient, and cool-tempered, with the ability to handle aggressive or complaining callers
Have a strong understanding of politics and be inclined to support progressive democratic causes
Have at least 1 year of experience in telesales, fundraising, or a related field (inbound/outbound calls, polling, surveys, membership, outreach, or proxy calls)
