Remote Call Center Agent - Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Call Center Agent to join our team at Florida Medical Clinic, Orlando Health. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to patients, hospitals, staff, and community healthcare providers in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered service and provide accurate information regarding services to patients, hospitals, staff, and community healthcare providers
Perform intake triage, appointment scheduling, and other patient requests based on provider protocols and Florida Medical Clinic policies and procedures
Answer assigned department/queue overflow calls, maintaining approved standards
Follow tasking guidelines and provide accurate and complete information to callers
Maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance and comply with all Orlando Health policies and procedures
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Two (2) years of related experience required, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or customer service environment
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to work under stress and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
High level of general computer literacy and working knowledge of medical terminology preferred
