Key Responsibilities:
• High-Volume Outbound Calls – Engage commercial and residential property owners to schedule appointments.
• Phone Sales & Lead Generation – Convert warm and cold leads into quality appointments.
• Overcoming Objections – Confidently handle objections and provide detailed information on services.
• Collaboration – Work closely with team leads to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified appointments.
• Continuous Learning – Enhance performance through coaching, training, and feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in phone sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
• Experience in real estate or solar cold calling (preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• CRM proficiency to manage leads and track performance
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
