- Educate patients on customized compound medication processes and payment options
- Collaborate with team members to provide accurate information and resolve inquiries
- Maintain a positive attitude while enhancing the patient experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or transactional sales
- Ability to proactively reach out to customers and handle inquiries
- Proven track record of meeting performance metrics, including customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in navigating multiple web-based platforms, including Google Suite and Salesforce

- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is not required but can be beneficial
