They are seeking a Business Systems Senior Analyst to support stakeholders by translating complex business needs into effective system solutions, ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of enterprise systems.ResponsibilitiesLead collaboration with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex system requirements related to configuration changes, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing operational supportPerform advanced analysis of system functionality and end-to-end business processes; develop and maintain detailed process flow, system interaction, and impact analysis documentation as neededServe as a senior point of contact for investigating escalated or high-priority system issues, providing root cause analysis and recommended solutionsPartner with external vendors and internal technical teams to coordinate system changes, troubleshoot issues, and support product upgrades or releasesSupport intake, prioritization, and ongoing management of system-related work items within a Kanban-based workflow, with emphasis on risk, urgency, and business impactMaintain oversight of the system work backlog, ensuring high-priority items, defects, and enhancements are clearly defined, sequenced appropriately, and progressing efficientlyLead or support system maintenance activities, configuration updates, testing coordination, and validation efforts for complex or high-impact changesProvide guidance and knowledge sharing to less senior analysts and contribute to the improvement of systems analysis standards and practicesPerform special projects and other duties as assignedSkillsHigh School Diploma or GEDBachelor's or equivalent trainingAt least three (3) years of Business Analyst experience.
