[Remote] Business Systems and Proposal Coordinator

IN Engineering + Planning is seeking a Business Systems and Proposal Coordinator to support digital operations and proposal development. The role involves maintaining ERP records, assisting with HR workflows, and contributing to business development through proposal content preparation. Responsibilities Maintain and administer Odoo ERP data, including expenses, records, HR workflows, and system updates Support implementation of new Odoo modules and contribute to improving internal digital processes and automations Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with developers to resolve technical problems Assist in proposal development by drafting, reviewing, and organizing content in collaboration with the technical team Prepare complete proposal submissions, track new RFP opportunities, and support related business development activities Skills Must be located in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada Technical experience in a professional office environment and strong proficiency with digital business tools Certifications or experience in Odoo ERP Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues with support from developers Strong document drafting and editing skills using modern productivity tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate, detailed records Accounting or Book Keeping Experience Exposure to proposal writing or RFP response workflows Familiarity with low‑code automation or digital process tools Understanding of project management concepts and work breakdown structures Ability to translate technical information into clear documentation Company Overview Intelligent, Intuitive and Inspired, IN Engineering provides structural engineering services in Brockville and Ontario. #engineering It was founded in 1881, and is headquartered in Brockville, Ontario, CAN, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
