to enhance operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end optimization of Salesforce CPQ & Billing workflows, driving measurable improvements in automation, accuracy, and sales cycle efficiencyTranslate complex business models (pricing, bundling, subscription, amendments, renewals) into scalable CPQ architectureLead requirements definition with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure alignment to measurable business outcomesDesign and deliver declarative and configuration-based solutions within Salesforce CPQ & Billing while ensuring system scalability and data integrityReduce technical debt and manual workarounds by identifying automation opportunities across QTC processesImprove reporting fidelity and executive visibility by enhancing Salesforce data models and dashboardsLead structured UAT with clear success criteria, measurable acceptance standards, and risk mitigation plansEvaluate and recommend platform enhancements, integrations, or architectural improvements that increase system performance and user experienceEnsure changes account for downstream system impacts across ERP, billing, provisioning, and analytics ecosystemsProduce high-quality documentation that improves long-term maintainability and system clarityRaise quality standards in user story creation, acceptance criteria, and solution validationDemonstrates advantageSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting Quote-to-Cash processes5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Billing implementationsDeep understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash business processes including pricing, quoting, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, invoicing, and revenue operationsProven experience translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using configuration-first approachesStrong expertise in business analysis, process design, requirements management, testing, and stakeholder engagementExperience working in cross-functional environments involving Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering teamsDemonstrated success delivering measurable operational improvements through process optimization and automationStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skillsExperience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments with
