The BSA will analyze and improve business processes and systems, focusing on Supply Chain functions, and collaborate with IT teams for solution implementation and support.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SAP development team, data governance, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, design and deliver implementations and enhancements within SAP PP and IM/EWMWork with the business and product partners from cross-functional initiatives to support the business processes related to Supply Chain and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth enabled by tech solutionsAccountable for maintaining integrations within SAP PP & IM/EWM modules, supporting ecosystems and overseeing batch schedules working with 3rd party offshore support teams and/or Vendor support teamsDocument and diagram existing system and business processes and analyze for more efficient methodsTranslate functional business requirements into technical requirements working within an agile teamCollaborate within an agile team to perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed enhancements and projects to aid management in making implementation decisionsCoordinate and perform use case tests, end-user reviews and post-implementation supportDeliver orientation and training to end users for new capabilities, enhancements and projects including writing documentationProvide production support and research application incidents working with developers, end-users, and the Application support teamAssist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers, business leads, and Application support team to ensure delivery of prioritized requests in a timely mannerSkillsProven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and solutionsTechnical knowledge of SAP PP & IM/EWM required.
