Responsibilities
ā¢ Facilitate discussions between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment on requirements
ā¢ Analyze and document business needs, translating them into functional specifications
ā¢ Manage change control processes and maintain requirement traceability throughout projects
ā¢ Collaborate with architects to ensure system capabilities meet business objectives
ā¢ Identify and propose solutions for complex system-related challenges
ā¢ Create and implement comprehensive test plans, ensuring quality standards are met
ā¢ Maintain and update user and technical documentation as needed
ā¢ Communicate risks, issues, and progress updates to project managers and stakeholders effectively
Skills
ā¢ Strong skills in business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements
ā¢ Ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
ā¢ Capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
ā¢ Experience in advisory or wealth management environments
ā¢ Familiarity with managed account platforms and model delivery processes
ā¢ Testing experience and knowledge of agile delivery methodologies
ā¢ Proficiency with tools like Visio or HP Quality Center
