[Remote] Business Systems Analyst

CTG is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to support enterprise technology governance initiatives, focusing on API governance and business analysis. The role involves collaborating with various teams to define standards, facilitate projects, and ensure compliance with governance policies.ResponsibilitiesSupport and enhance the organization's API governance program through documentation, standards development, and process improvement initiativesGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for moderately complex projectsFacilitate discussions between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and application changesDevelop functional specifications, test plans, test scripts, and execute testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Coordinate implementation activities and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful deployment of application enhancementsIdentify governance gaps and recommend improvements to controls, policies, standards, and best practicesCollaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, risk, and software engineering teams on governance and compliance initiativesMonitor project scope, regulatory requirements, and adherence to corporate technology standardsResearch and analyze business and technical data to support solution design and decision-makingMentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analysis methodologies and application functionalitySkillsMinimum combination of 4 years of higher education and/or business analysis, systems analysis, or operational analytics experienceExperience coordinating data gathering and data definition efforts across multiple business and technical teamsExperience facilitating discussions among cybersecurity, architecture, IT, risk, and software engineering stakeholdersStrong experience creating functional specifications, test plans, and testing documentationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience supporting API governance or broader technology governance programsExperience drafting or implementing governance policies, standards, and controlsKnowledge of application development lifecycles and integrated business systemsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong presentation and stakeholder management skillsCompany OverviewCTG, a Cegeka company, is at the forefront of digital transformation, offering innovative IT solutions and services that accelerate your strategy and project momentum.
