They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their Agile team, responsible for developing enhancements to the Medicare Part B claims processing system and providing application development and maintenance support.ResponsibilitiesResearch to understand proposed system changesAnalyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processesCreate detailed specifications/requirements for program changesCreate and update system documentation and user specificationsWork with scrum team members to build and demo requirements into program changesCreate and execute detailed Testing PlansProvide expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the business plan and industry requirementsDetermine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formatsAs a member of a project/Agile team, provide guidance related to the business implications of the changes and the impacts to other CMS systemsSkillsBachelors degree and 0-2 years experience or High School diploma/equivalent and 4 years of relevant experienceStrong desire to learn and growStrong ability to work independently and manage one's timeExperience in the organizing projects using Agile Methodology or other methodsExperience utilizing AI toolsDemonstrated ability plan projects, for example, to create requirement documents and test plansProficient at MSOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to learn mainframe applications such as TSO/ISPFStrong written and verbal communication at a level appropriate for customer and internal communicationUS CitizenshipAbility to obtain a Public Trust clearanceExperience working in a healthcare environment and claims coding experience, or in a financial environmentBenefitsDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtimeShift differentialA discretionary bonus in addition to base payCompany OverviewPeraton Fearlessly solving the toughest national security challenges.
