[Remote] Business System Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bright Matrix Global is seeking a Business System Analyst to support various teams in gathering and analyzing business requirements. The role involves translating these requirements into functional specifications and ensuring solutions meet industry regulations and standards.ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirementsWork closely with Member Services, Lending, Deposits, Payments, and Digital Banking teamsTranslate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specificationsPerform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root-cause analysisSupport online banking and mobile banking enhancement projectsCollaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the SDLCFacilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetingsCreate BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process maps, and acceptance criteriaCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered functionalityAnalyze data using SQL and assist with reporting and validation activitiesEnsure solutions align with financial industry regulations, security standards, and compliance requirementsSupport API integrations and third-party banking platformsSkills10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experienceStrong experience in Banking, Credit Union, Financial Services, or FinTech environmentsExperience with Digital Banking PlatformsExperience with Consumer LendingExperience with Deposit OperationsExperience with Online & Mobile BankingExperience with Payment ProcessingExperience with Member Service OperationsStrong requirements gathering and documentation skillsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesSQL for data analysis and validationJira, Confluence, Visio, and process-mapping toolsExcellent stakeholder communication skillsCredit Union experience (highly preferred)Experience with core banking platforms such as SymitarExperience with core banking platforms such as FiservExperience with core banking platforms such as Jack HenryExperience with core banking platforms such as CorelationExperience with ACH, Wire Transfers, Zelle, Debit/Credit Card Operations, and Payment SystemsKnowledge of NCUA regulations and financial compliance standardsExperience supporting digital transformation initiativesCompany OverviewBright Matrix Global "Where bright minds meet global talent" Bright Matrix Global is a next-generation talent and workforce solutions partner with a bold mission: to connect exceptional minds with world-class opportunities.
