The Business Solutions Analyst II is responsible for managing moderately complex projects, supporting operational initiatives, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This role requires independent judgment and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve processes.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, sustainment, and improvement of various ISO standards and CMMI appraisals for Goldbelt and its subsidiary companiesLead the specific ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 standard for the EBS departmentLead the consolidated ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard for all Goldbelt subsidiariesRun and maintain recurring and adāhoc reports, ensuring accuracy, making necessary adjustments, and delivering reliable insights that support stakeholder decisionāmakingCompile and analyze metrics to support compliance with ISO, CMMI, and other organizational requirementsEnsure adherence to established standards by monitoring data integrity controls and escalating systemic issues for process refinementPerform data analysis and conduct audits to identify discrepancies, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with government contracting standards, applying data integrity controls and standard taxonomy while exercising discretion in determining appropriate corrective actionsProvide support tracking and managing the full lifecycle of contracts and programs, including initial entry, amendments, renewals, and completions, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected in the database and providing contract related guidance and expertise where applicableProvide support for contract and program data management, including entering data, uploading documents, reviewing entries and addressing common issuesSupport enterprise level initiatives and manage business solutions processes as applicableAnalyze operational issues, identify trends, and recommend standard solutions for improvement based on interpretation of established proceduresEvaluate current quality, contract, and program management systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and usabilitySupport testing and validation of new system functionality, documenting results and ensuring changes meet user needsDevelop and refine processes, procedures, and templates to improve operational efficiency and consistency in collaboration with senior analysts and system ownersSkillsProficiency in program data management and compliance reportingAbility to manage projects of moderate complexity and contribute to long-term initiatives with minimal supervisionAbility to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environmentSkill in working harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectivesAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlinesPossesses attention to detail and effective problem-solving skillsMust have the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers and with outside agencies, partners, shareholders, and business associatesStrong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to adapt messages and strategies for diverse audiencesBasic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment.
