[Remote] Business Reporting Analyst, Credit & Energy Risk

Talisman is a renewable/clean energy organization seeking a Senior Business Reporting Analyst to support credit and energy risk management activities. This role will focus on developing and enhancing reporting capabilities, automating risk-related processes, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across the business.ResponsibilitiesUtilize Energy Trading and Risk Management (“ETRM”) systems as a source for risk management and risk reportingDevelop, automate, and enhance reporting processes that support credit, market, operational, and enterprise risk management activitiesCollect, manage, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sourcesDesign and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key risk metrics and business insightsMonitor and report on exposures, positions, risk assessments, and performance metrics for management and stakeholdersEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of risk-related data used for reporting and analysisPartner with risk, trading, operations, finance, and technology teams to improve processes and reporting capabilitiesPrepare executive-level presentations and reporting materials that summarize key risks, trends, and business performanceSupport ongoing enhancements to risk reporting systems, data infrastructure, and automation initiativesLeverage emerging technologies and analytical tools to improve workflows, reporting efficiency, and decision supportSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related fieldPrior experience within renewable/clean energy sectorPrior experience with ETRM (Energy Trading & Risk Management) SystemsKnowledge of the different Power MarketsExperience supporting risk management, middle office, reporting, analytics, or operations functions within an energy, commodities, trading, financial services, or related environmentFamiliarity with credit risk, market risk, operational risk, or enterprise risk conceptsExperience working with large datasets and developing reporting solutionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiencesAdvanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical platformsCompany Overviewtalisman is a workforce solutions partner to the real asset industries and the financial markets that underpin them.
