They are seeking a Business Operations Manager to act as an internal consultant, tackling high-impact business challenges and designing workflows to scale their platform globally.ResponsibilitiesLead complex, cross-functional special projects from concept to execution (e.g., evaluating new market entry strategies, optimizing customer onboarding pipelines, or structuring commercial pricing frameworks)Build the quantitative models, dashboards, and frameworks necessary to track company-wide KPIs and evaluate new business opportunitiesServe as the connective tissue between technical AI/ML engineering teams, product managers, and commercial leads to drive alignment on high-priority company objectivesAudit existing startup processes, identify bottlenecks, and design highly efficient, scalable workflows that allow our operations to keep pace with our technical scalingSynthesize intricate technical and financial data into polished, high-impact narratives and presentations for leadership and board-level discussionsSkills3–5+ years of experience in analytically rigorous and execution-oriented roles, such as strategy, operations, consulting, product, or investing in the energy fieldStrong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling, data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, or operational analyticsAbility to operate in ambiguity and independently drive complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to executionStrong organizational and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneouslyCustomer-facing and relationship-building experience, particularly in enterprise or B2B settingsExperience working closely with technical teams (AI/ML, software engineering, data science) and translating between technical and commercial stakeholdersExceptional attention to detail combined with a relentless bias for action.
