The role focuses on transforming complex project data into actionable insights through reporting and data visualization, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPartner with PMO Director, Projects Leadership, and clients to create regular and ad hoc reports and analysis for projects, client needs, and to support team and account's initiativesGenerate performance dashboards, operational metrics, and compliance reporting, with focus on automation and efficiencyTrack KPI performance, identify issues requiring attention, and recommend solutionsSupport preparation and presentation development for leadership meetings and translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiencesValidate data accuracy before distribution of reports and presentationsSupport and improve data quality across operational systemsMonitor data quality metrics and flag and escalate issues requiring attentionReview operational workflows and processes to identify issues impacting data qualityDevelop solutions using native Excel functionality including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and conditional logicIdentify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and automate repetitive tasks using Power Automate and advanced Excel capabilitiesDevelop and maintain Smartsheet and JLL Tracker solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivitySupport development of BI requirements and coordinate with technical teams on developmentServe as subject matter expert (SME) for Ingenious reporting capabilities, maintaining deep knowledge of system functionality, report development, and best practices to support project tracking and compliance requirementsDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Azara for client and executive audiences, translating complex project metrics into clear, compelling visual narratives that drive insights and decision-makingBuild and maintain trusted relationships and partnerships with Projects Leadership and stakeholdersDemonstrate strong communication skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations across competing demandsProvide guidance to stakeholders and cross-functional teams on data standards, best practices, proper data entry, report interpretation, use of analytical tools, and understanding of data definitions, sources, and appropriate usageDemonstrate flexibility in managing multiple concurrent requests and adapting to changing client and business prioritiesProactively identify issues before they escalate and respond to time-sensitive analytical requestsMaintain playbooks and standard operating procedures for data collection, validation, and reporting processesDocument data flows, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies to support team coverage, knowledge transfer, and high-quality data maintenanceSupport development and maintenance of data dictionariesSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field3-5 years of experience in business intelligence development with focus on reporting and dashboard creationExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to adjust content to the stakeholder, utilize JLL and client templates and standards, and convey information clearly and conciselyStrong relationship management and collaborative skills with excellent listening capability to build and maintain trusted partnerships with diverse stakeholdersAdvanced native Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query to analyze and manipulate data and generate meaningful reporting efficiently and effectivelyProven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, break down complex work into actionable steps, and proactively communicate progress, risks, and roadblocksSkilled at prioritizing tasks, working independently, meeting deadlines, and making effective decisions while moving processes forward with various stakeholdersStrong data analysis proficiency with ability to conduct analyses,
