[Remote] Business Growth Administrator

The Business Growth Administrator supports business development and capture efforts through administrative coordination, pipeline management, and proposal support activities, working closely with senior BD staff and cross-functional departments.ResponsibilitiesMaintains and updates the internal CRM to ensure accuracy of opportunity data, including additions, modifications, and removalsScreens standard opportunity outlets and ingest points (GovWin, SAM.gov, agency portals, etc.) to identify and log new opportunities for the pipelineCompiles and distributes pipeline reports and status updates to support regular pipeline review meetingsMonitors GWAC/IDIQ portals (e.g., GSA MAS, VETS 2, other vehicle portals) for task order opportunities, JV postings, and relevant compliance updatesAssists in preparing data call responses for opportunities where the company serves in a subcontractor roleSchedules and supports BD meetings, including pipeline reviews, solutioning sessions, proposal kickoffs, and industry days — drafts agendas and captures notes/action itemsSkillsBachelor's degree required (Business, Communications, English, Political Science, or related field preferred)0–1 year of professional experience; internship experience in government contracting, proposal support, or a related field a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsHealthcare benefitsPaid leaveRetirement plansInsurance programsEducation and training assistanceCompany OverviewAMERICAN SYSTEMS is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the US.
