[Remote] Business Financials - Senior Analyst

CVS Health is building a world of health around every individual and is seeking a Senior Analyst – Rebate Forecasting to join their PBM Financial Forecasting team. This role is responsible for forecasting and underwriting rebates, collaborating with internal partners to ensure competitive rebate offers, and translating complex strategies into clear financial outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop rebate forecasts used in RFPs, renewals, market checks, and strategic pricing eventsSupport underwriting by analyzing utilization data, formulary strategies, and rebate contract structures to project earned rebates and client guaranteesPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Services, Underwriting, Trade, Legal, Finance, Proposals, and Clinical teams to align assumptions and pricing decisionsOversee the finalization of rebate guarantees, including documentation and support for contractual executionProvide clear, concise explanations of forecast drivers, risks, and variances to internal stakeholders and, as needed, external clients, consultants, and attorneysPerform advanced Excel-based modeling to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets and communicate insightsEnsure forecasts are accurate, transparent, and audit-ready, documenting assumptions and known limitationsContribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior analysts, and supporting continuous process improvementSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, or a related field3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, PBM rebate forecasting, underwriting support, or financial modelingStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysisAbility to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearlyExperience in PBM underwriting, rebate forecasting, or healthcare contractingFamiliarity with formulary strategies, rebate guarantees, and specialty drug dynamicsPrior experience supporting pricing events, RFPs, or client negotiationsExperience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environmentBenefitsThis position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.This full‑time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well‑being of colleagues and their families.The benefits for this position include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, based on eligibility.Company OverviewCVS Health is a health solutions company that provides an integrated healthcare services to its members.
