They are seeking a Business Development Representative to manage inbound and outbound engagement, qualify new clients, and optimize conversion strategies.ResponsibilitiesEngage and qualify inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and text to understand their needs, determine fit, book meetings and move them toward a saleOperate with urgency to contact new leads quickly, follow up consistently, and manage a high volume of quality outreachOwn outreach to inbound and warm outbound segments.
