They are seeking a Business Development Representative to focus on lead generation and funnel leads to sales representatives for further qualification and closing. Responsibilities β€’ Leverage proven prospecting techniques to initiate contact with prospective new clients β€’ Generate interest in a discovery meeting with an established RRD Sales Executive β€’ Identify multiple contact points within a supplied list of targets and position the value proposition of our products and services to entice the prospect to learn more about RRD through a discovery meeting β€’ Conduct online research to better understand the prospect and contact points business objectives to better position RRD services β€’ Develop and run a pipeline of prospects and provide top-class customer experience β€’ Effectively & smoothly transition a lead to an account executive following the first discovery meeting β€’ Actively utilize Salesforce for all activities related to Lead Generation β€’ Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy Skills β€’ Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, or related field β€’ At least 2 years of experience in sales and telemarketing with an emphasis on cold calling β€’ Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner β€’ Must be goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and an independent worker β€’ Experience with cold calling techniques and the use of Salesforce CRM technology to organize, track, and document activity β€’ Candidates must be comfortable using multiple techniques and channels for reaching their contact points including but not limited to email, phone, social media, mail, etc β€’ Ability to position different RRDs services to the different contact points within the same prospect account β€’ Strong time management and organizational skills β€’ Demonstrated ability to work independently β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills β€’ Results Driven β€’ Persistence β€’ Persuasive β€’ Prospecting Skills β€’ Excellent Telephone Sales β€’ Understand how to solve business needs β€’ Demonstrated ability to close new business β€’ Objection Handling β€’ Resiliency and ability to handle rejections β€’ Professionalism Benefits β€’ Medical β€’ Dental β€’ Vision coverage β€’ Paid time off β€’ Disability insurance β€’ 401(k) with company match β€’ Life insurance β€’ Other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages β€’ Parental leave β€’ Adoption assistance β€’ Tuition assistance β€’ Employer/partner discounts Company Overview β€’ RRD provides a complete portfolio of marketing, packaging, print and business services to the world’s most respected brands, including 91% of the Fortune 100.
