[Remote] Business Development Representative - Enterprise

The Business Development Representative will drive pipeline growth across strategic Enterprise West accounts through outbound prospecting and account engagement strategies.ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic outbound prospecting across Enterprise West accounts — including new logo prospecting and customer expansion through cross-sell and upsell — using multi-channel approaches (calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and campaigns)Conduct in-depth account and market research to identify high-value opportunities within both prospect and existing customer accountsIdentify, engage, and build relationships with senior decision-makers and influencersPartner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account-based strategies and territory plans for both new logo and customer expansion playsLeverage existing customer intelligence to uncover expansion opportunities and support account growth strategiesQualify inbound and marketing-generated leads, converting them into high-quality sales opportunitiesClearly articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions, aligned to customer challenges and business outcomesLeverage data, insights, and modern tools (e.g., AI, Sales Navigator) to optimize outreach and engagement strategiesConsistently generate qualified pipeline aligned with territory revenue targetsMaintain accurate pipeline management, activity tracking, and reporting in SalesforceMeet and exceed KPIs related to pipeline creation, meetings, and conversion ratesSkills1–3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environmentsProven experience as an experienced BDR, with strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation resultsStrong understanding of the Enterprise West territoryDemonstrated ability to engage mid- to senior-level stakeholders in complex organizationsStrong business acumen, curiosity, and strategic thinkingExcellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsExperience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement toolsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.Telehealth coverageFlexible work schedules and work from home opportunitiesDevelopment and career growth opportunitiesOpen Time Off in addition to 10 paid holidays401(k) matching programAdoption AssistanceFertility treatmentsCompany OverviewGenesys enables organizations to orchestrate the best AI-powered experiences to drive customer loyalty and growth.
