The Business Development Representative (East) will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leading outreach efforts, qualifying leads, and collaborating with various stakeholders to expand into new markets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities from net-new greenfield accounts that align with runZero’s ICPFind and qualify leads through outbound prospecting methods using our sales automation toolsWork cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders (account executives, marketing, sales operations, fellow BDRs)Oversee and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, while strategically partnering with account executives to create and utilize playbooks to win prioritized accountsCreate account plans by conducting research and synthesizing information and other materials that reflect a grasp of runZero’s customers’ needs and how runZero delivers valueWrite emails and letters you'd love to open; ask compelling questionsHelp drive target contacts to attend marketing events and reply to our campaigns by following up on Account-Based Marketing campaigns and partnering with MarketingComplete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRMSkillsPassionate about delighting customers with exceptional relationship-buildingA drive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goalsGenuine curiosity and excitement about IT securityAn effective listener, with excellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA proactive contributor in meetings who consistently expresses thoughtful ideasBenefitsFully remote: runZero is a 100% remote company!
