Remote Business Development Representative (Base Salary + Uncapped $200 Commission) - Contract to Hire

This means you spend less time clicking and more time closing, allowing you to maximize your uncapped commission.
The Compensation Structure
Base Pay: Consistent hourly floor set based on your experience level.
Website Commission: $200 per website client (Paid upon signed contract and deposit).
Ad Account Bonus: Larger, tiered commissions are available for closing qualified advertising opportunities.
Earnings Cap: None. Your income is tied directly to your production.

What You Will Do
Outreach: Make initial cold calls to local businesses to introduce our website and advertising services.
Follow Up: Utilize our integrated call/email/text system to stay in front of interested prospects.
Close: Guide prospects through the contract signing and deposit receipt.
Upsell: Identify businesses that are a fit for ad account management to trigger higher commission tiers.
Requirements
Sales Grit: You must be comfortable with cold calling, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
Communication: Exceptional command of the English language with a professional, clear, and persuasive speaking voice.
Location: You must be based in the United States or Canada.
Setup: A quiet environment and basic computer proficiency. (We provide the software; you do not need to purchase any scripts or equipment).
