[Remote] Business Development Representative

Auxo is a fast-growing SaaS company modernizing procurement and supplier workflows for manufacturing organizations, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative. The role involves generating qualified outbound pipeline through cold calls and targeted email outreach, aiming to convert cold accounts into qualified meetings for Account Executives.ResponsibilitiesExecute targeted outbound prospecting through cold calls and email outreachIdentify decision makers and qualify fit, urgency, and next steps before handoffBook qualified meetings consistently and hit weekly and monthly targetsMaintain clean CRM discipline in HubSpot with structured notes and activity trackingWork account lists with discipline, follow up systems, and persistenceImprove talk tracks and messaging through testing and iterationStay current on industry trends, competitor positioning, and buyer pain pointsCapture objection patterns and refine outreach strategies over timeCollaborate closely with AEs to tighten qualification standards and improve handoffsPartner with Marketing and RevOps to improve targeting, routing, and performanceSkills1+ year of BDR or SDR experience preferred, open to strong SaaS sales profilesStrong outbound calling ability and confidence on the phoneClear communicator who can articulate value quickly and qualify properlyExperience working in HubSpot or similar CRM environmentsComfortable using sales tools, sequencing platforms, and enrichment toolsAbility to qualify business pain and urgency, not just book any meetingResilient, emotionally steady, and motivated by resultsOrganized enough to run a consistent daily outbound systemCurious about the customer and industry, not just focused on activity metricsTeam first mindset with strong collaboration instinctsCompany OverviewAt Auxo, we specialise in partnering with venture-backed tech and SaaS startups that need to move fast, scale smart and build teams that win.
