As a Business Development Representative at Firstbase, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, driving new business pipeline, and executing targeted outreach to generate meetings for Account Executives.ResponsibilitiesGenerate 10+ qualified meetings per week by executing targeted outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn InMailsPartner with Account Executives to conduct strategic account planning and identify high-priority target accountsMap out account themes and build scalable prospecting strategies based on industry trends, technologies, and buying signalsRun outbound sequences using tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorOvercome objections and create meaningful dialogue through consultative, value-driven messagingBecome a trusted advisor by establishing and nurturing early-stage relationships with prospectsMaintain meticulous activity tracking and performance reporting through our sales tech stackConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation goalsSkillsA bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experienceAt least 1 year in a customer facing role with ability to cross sell and upsellExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence and active listening abilityMeticulous attention to detail and strong time management skillsHigh energy, positive mindset, and a relentless drive to winProficiency with corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, Google Workspace)Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plusPrevious exposure to sales methodology or formal training is a bonusโ€”but we'll teach you everything you need to knowBenefitsPerformance-based bonusesA full range of benefitsCompany OverviewAppDirect is a cloud-based software company that provides a platform for businesses to sell and manage their software subscriptions.
