They are seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads, focusing on booking meetings for the Director of Sales.ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to dealership and commercial prospects nationwideIntroduce Future Energyβs value proposition and secure calendar-booked meetingsSchedule calls directly using shared calendar accessLog conversations and quick notes into CRM (Zoho) and lead trackerRe-engage unanswered or busy leads with 1β2 additional call attemptsMeet weekly call volume (300+ calls)Participate in occasional training/touch-bases with Sales DirectorSkillsPhone-based sales experience preferred (cold calling or appointment setting ideal)Strong communicator who is comfortable engaging decision-makersOrganized and able to track outreach notes and follow-upsMotivated by goal-based compensationFamiliarity with automotive or EV space helpful, but not requiredCompany OverviewFuture Energy develops software to enable measurements and control of energy technologies.
