They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and engage marketing and event professionals. The role involves cold calling, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and collaborating with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume, multi-threaded outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new sales opportunitiesCold call prospective clients to introduce our trade show exhibit solutionsExecute strategic prospecting based on events, accounts, industries, and campaignsIdentify and engage multiple stakeholders and key decision-makersNavigate objections and uncover pain points effectively to create meaningful conversationsQualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline)Schedule high quality discovery meetings for sales teamMaintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in CRM(Dynamics and Salesloft)Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategiesConsistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-setting targetsSkillsStrong verbal communication and objection-handling skillsComfortable making cold calls and handling rejectionHighly organized with strong follow-up disciplineSelf-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing rolesExperience with MS Dynamics and SalesloftBenefitsThis position is eligible for a variable commission, based on qualified opportunities generated and pipeline contribution.Company OverviewFrom strategic pre-show planning and impactful exhibit design to seamless asset management, shipping, and logistics — we’re your all-in-one trade show partner, dedicated to delivering results.
