[Remote] Business Development Representative

The BDR will play a critical role in driving growth through proactive outreach and relationship building, focusing on re-engaging clients and unlocking new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesConduct daily outbound calls (OBCs) to assigned branches within strategic accountsRe-engage branches that have shown a decline in order volumeIntroduce Class Valuation products, services, and initiatives aligned to client needsPartner with Sales Executives and Account Managers to hand off qualified opportunitiesMaintain accurate activity tracking and branch-level notes within HubSpot/CRMProvide feedback on trends, objections, and competitive intelligence gathered from outreachContribute to branch-level sales campaigns in coordination with MarketingAchieve weekly/monthly outreach and engagement metrics (e.g., number of calls, connections, qualified branch opportunities)Other duties as assignedSkills2+ years' successful sales experience, ideally in inside sales, B2B sales or a call center environmentStrong phone presence and comfort making a high volume of calls dailyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to learn and articulate Class Valuation's value propositionOrganized and detail-oriented; able to manage activity in CRM systemsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferredEquivalent work experience in sales, customer engagement, or business development will also be consideredMortgage, appraisal, or financial services experience preferred but not requiredBenefitsCompetitive salaryValuable benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and pet insurance coverage options!401K with employer matching optionsGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) & sick leaveHealth Care Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) optionsCompany OverviewClass Valuation is an Appraisal Management Company (AMC), delivering outstanding quality and service to each and every client.
