Grace Hill is looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join their growing sales team supporting HelloData products. The Business Development Representative will drive growth by creating opportunities with target clients and play a critical role in refining the BDR process through outreach efforts and relationship nurturing.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential clients within our target marketInitiate strategic outbound communications via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new leadsIdentify patterns in high-performing outreach and scale winning tactics to drive better conversion rates across the teamQualify outbound leads and assess their potential as sales opportunitiesSchedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives and sales leadershipMaintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM systemManage top-of-funnel pipeline health and lead distribution across the team to ensure consistent, qualified opportunity generationCollaborate with sales and marketing to align on ICPs, lead prioritization, and refine outreach strategies and messagingStay informed about industry trends and HelloData’s product offeringsRegularly attend scheduled virtual team meetings and collaborate using digital tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google SuiteSome travel may be required, including to client sites or industry conferencesSkillsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field1-3 years of Sales/Business Development experience in either of these industries REQUIRED: SaaS (preferred) Multifamily/PropTechOrganized and familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator plus awareness of new tools/integrations/AI use cases to improve SDR efficiencyExperience managing a large pipeline, able to analyze metrics, prioritize high-value opportunities, and adjust quicklyDeep understanding of outbound sales strategies and how to drive conversion from prospecting to qualified opportunityStrong written and verbal communication skills, can articulate value propositions and understanding of challenges faced by institutional multifamily clientsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where experimentation and adaptability are keyHaving a curious mindset and the ability to learn quickly are essentialBenefitsHealth, dental and vision insurance401KPTOLife insuranceDisability insuranceAnd moreCompany OverviewGrace Hill is a privately held company.
