[Remote] Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships to optimize the utilization of the continuum of care and increase patient admissions. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market research Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources to increase patient admissions Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand visibility Develop strategic plans to achieve growth targets while maintaining alignment with organizational goals Negotiate agreements and contracts with partners to establish mutually beneficial collaborations Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Skills Bachelor's Degree in a marketing or human services field is required Sales experience or clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health population required Prefer experience in developing new territories in target markets with customer base Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse terminology Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Company Overview Parkwood Behavioral Health System provides behavioral health services as well as chemical dependency treatment.
