[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to help establish their New York office and source opportunities for the VP of Sales through networking and cold outreach. Responsibilities Grow your network to create more new customer opportunities Qualify companies to see if they are a good fit for our target market Make 350+ cold calls per week Cold email prospective customers Book 2-3 meetings per week Sit in on Exploratory meetings with Account Executives Skills Proven track record of success Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Highly competitive Ability to work independently / Self-Motivated Located in NYC, New York with the ability to work remotely Benefits PTO 15 days All major holidays Full day off on Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving Half day that Wednesday 12/24 - 1/2 Company break (Subject to be longer, but at minimum, all employees can expect this time off) Health - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost Dental - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost Vision - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost Basic Term Life & AD&D insurance policy- We cover 100% 401(K) Employer match 20% of total contribution on up to 5% of salary Work from home on Fridays 20 work from home days per year (in addition to WFH Fridays) Company Overview Energy CX is an energy brokerage company that offers energy procurement, sustainability solutions and utility services.
